9th Annual Drop and Trot 10k and 5k race is coming up!

 

HAVEN and First Security Bank present  this fun twist on the traditional 10k and 5k races. Participants in the 5k race have the option of doing pushups for a minute before their run. Each pushup is 10 seconds deducted from the final run time. If you're an athlete that likes to mix endurance and strength training, this run is for you. If you're just looking for fun, dress up in purple and run with your friends! All proceeds from this race benefit HAVEN victim services. 8:30 am- Pushups start
9:00am-5k race starts
9:05am-10k race starts

Where: Race starts at Bogert Park in Bozeman, MT. Both courses follow scenic routes south of Bozeman

Why: To support HAVEN and have fun!

How: Participants can register online at www.active.com. Participants may also pick up brochures with registration forms around town.
