10 Years Running!

First Security Bank and HAVEN present the 10th Annual Drop and Trot 10K and 5K races on September 24 at Lindley Park in Bozeman. The Drop and Trot has become a Bozeman favorite because of the unique twist of adding pushups. Each runner has the option of completing a minute of pushups where each pushup is ten seconds deducted from their run time.

Races start and finish at Lindley Park and follow scenic south Bozeman routes. Pushups begin at 8:30am. Races start at 9:00am with a 5 minute stagger.

Wear purple to kick off Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  All proceeds from the event benefit HAVEN services to victims of domestic violence in Gallatin County.

$25 per participant, $35 for race day registration (t-shirt included)

• Becuase of our sponsors, each registration fee is a full donation to HAVEN
   
• Dogs are welcome
   
• You don't have to run the course. Walking for a good cause is perfectly acceptable!
   
• You don't have to do pushups, but it is much more fun if you do!
